About me

Hello, My name is Betsy Kohr, and I have been a wedding designer since 2004. I studied theater set design and art at Penn State. I really enjoy creating new designs, but I also like making it easy for brides, so I have several design packages for brides to pick from. I like to decorate with draping fabric, chandeliers, and light strands. If you want a romantic look, you can go with draping and chandeliers, or if you want a clean, simple look, using just string lights can illuminate your venue.

Things I Love: My Family: I am very close to my nieces and nephews, and many times you can see them helping me hang my decor. This is truly a family business. Going to the Beach: in the summertime between weddings, you can find me at Cape May, NJ, or Bethany Beach, DE. visiting family. I really enjoy sports like skiing and bike riding—the beach bike kind. I have recently learned how to surf. I visit family in Puerto Rico every winter and started surfing in PR. It is a lot of fun.
